Counselling Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes in length, with 10 minutes for file review and note taking.

Sessions can be booked online, by calling, or by emailing.

My hourly rate is $149.50 which can be paid online with a credit card or by e-Transfer. 

Many insurance providers cover the services offered by counselling therapists, but it is your responsibility to ensure you will be reimbursed. Please do so prior to your first visit. I do not do direct billing, but provide invoices and receipts upon payment for you to submit for reimbursement.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations and reschedules. If you cancel in the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the session fee, your insurance may not cover this fee. 

If you show up late to your session, we will still end on time, and you will be charged the full session fee. 

If you no show to a scheduled session, you will be billed 100% of the session fee.
